1/2 cup parsley
1 Tbsp fresh oregano
3-4 garlic cloves
** Optional: 1 chili pepper / 1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or regular)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times. Don’t over blend- you want it nice and chunky.
2. Taste, add salt if needed, mix well and serve next to grilled meats and vegetables
